Communicating our policy
Shire Oak Landscapes Midlands Ltd will communicate this policy to all its workforce as part of the company handbook and it will be publicly available. The management team will periodically review the policy to ensure it remains pertinent to all environmental issues and the Managing Director will enable the resources for its continued implementation.

To minimise waste by promoting re-use and recycling of materials wherever possible.
- To reduce the consumption of energy, fuel and water by improving the efficiency of our activities.
- To minimise the use and handling of chemicals and where possible to identify the least environmentally harmful product.
- To minimise the use of hardwoods and promote sustainable alternatives.
- We will endeavour to use suppliers that have a commitment to high environmental standards.
- We will continually assess our environmental performance by the monitoring and review programme.
